Club Sponsor Form

Click the icon to download our sponsor form. We have a variety of opportunities to sponsor the Rocks, from pitch-side boards to kits and Player of the Month sponsorship! Once you have read through our above document, simply contact us and we can send you a Google Form to fill in to detail what kind of sponsorship you are looking for. Thank you immensely in advance!

Club Sign-On Form (Adults)

We have a procedure in place in which we send electronic sign-on forms to players, this way players can fill in the form electronically via a phone/tablet/laptop etc with no fuss or need of printing and scanning. All we need is your email address, so please contact us!

Club Sign-On Form (U18s)

NOTE: For 16 and 17 year olds, in order to sign on for our club we require details from parents/guardians as a safeguarding requirement. This U18s form must be filled in as well as the Adults’ Club Sign-On Form.
